7-OH Tablet vs. Shot, Which is Right For You?

Posted by

We’ve had quite a few discussions on 7-OH and its relation to legality, as well as some of the substances that are considered to be reliable alternatives to the alkaloid, but there still remains some wiggle room on identifying some of the different product types themselves for 7-OH.

Where the opiate-like substance is concerned, there are three main sources that users tend to get their 7-OH; Kratom, lab-sourced tablets, or, less commonly, shots / drinks. This article is going to be concerned with the latter two options: the 7-OH tablet vs. shot. Of course, before knowing whether or not a specific 7-OH product is right for you, you should understand whether or no 7-OH is something you’ll want to ingest in the first place.

Is 7-OH Right For You?

Before going further, lookup 7-OH’s legality in your place of living. If the substance is illegal where you live, then the substance is not right for you, full stop. We do not, nor ever have, recommend ingesting anything the law has deemed unacceptable. However, if you do find that 7-OH has maintained legal status within your state’s / country’s jurisdiction, you will still have to do some soul-searching to know if the opiate-like substance is worth purchasing.

First, 7-OH is, in fact, an opiate-like substance, and that reality comes with its own host of drawbacks: first, the drug is highly addictive. Those with addictive personalities, or a history of developing dependencies, should not under any circumstances consume 7-OH. The substance will create an addiction within these people, and getting off of the drug is no small task.

The withdrawal symptoms for users who use 7-OH too consistently or in too high a dosage or absolutely no joke, and should serve as the foremost motivation to avoid the drug in the very first place for anyone who isn’t experienced with substance use and doesn’t know if they can regiment their ingestion frequency and dosage properly.

Lastly, 7-OH is not going to be a magical substance to cure any ailments that effects a user’s day to day life. Despite anecdotal evidence on the internet occasionally claiming otherwise, 7-OH cannot cure one’s depression, nor can it help heal a physical injury outright (although it is great for pain.)

7-OH Tablet vs. Shot.

Once you’ve taken into account the advice given above and have decided that 7-OH is a substance you’d like to try, its a matter of figuring out which product you’d like to get the alkaloid from. As stated, it is very, very common to get 7-OH straight from Kratom itself. Using aged Kratom leaves, users can consume about 5grams of Kratom (usually a red strain), to get enough 7-OH for their usage. For those who don’t want to consume Kratom directly for their 7-OH, two options, one common, the other less so, are tablets and shots.

Tablets are a very common form of 7-OH product, and allow users to accurately size up their 7-OH intake with no hassle. Preparation, whether for a day of creative work or a kickback with friends, is easy and there’s no need to over-complicate the process with herbal teas or shakes. If you find yourself, on rare occasion, wanting to pop 20-40mgs of 7-OH for an increased level of mood while doing something akin to desk work, Tablets might be the choice for you.

Inversely, for the socialite, popping pills during a kickback or party can feel a little anti-social and might not fit in with the environment. In these situations, you might opt for 7-OH shots. These shots contain 30mg of 7-OH per bottle, and can be poured into a glass or cup to help maintain a more social environment. This product also helps people to ingest their 7-OH at a controlled pace that’s meshes more suitably with what you might come to find at a party.

It’s worth reiterating for a final time, though, that even if you do decide to go ahead with a purchase of 7-OH, which many people should likely not do to begin with, that your dosage and frequency of intake makes a world of difference in avoiding the horrible withdrawal symptoms this substance can give you. Do not exceed 40 milligrams on a single trip, and do not ingest the substance more than once per week, and the further you extend that time in between trips, the healthier and safer you’re ultimately going to make the trips themselves and the less likely you’re going to be in developing a dependency.
